About Creative Path Counseling

We're a team of dedicated therapists committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help you navigate life's challenges and discover your path to wellness.

Our Approach to Therapy

At Creative Path Counseling, we believe therapy should be a collaborative journey where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.

Our team specializes in working with individuals across the lifespan—from children and teens to adults navigating major life transitions. We're particularly experienced in supporting neurodivergent individuals, those with ADHD, and people seeking career guidance alongside mental health support.

We use evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Experiencing, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My Philosophy

Therapy is More Than Talking

When I work with clients, I'm not just listening to their words—I'm listening to what's beneath them. The pauses, the emotions that surface, the stories their bodies tell. Healing isn't just a mental process; it's a full integration of mind, body, and spirit.

I've seen firsthand how transformative it can be when someone finally feels truly heard. Not just listened to, but deeply understood. That's what I strive to create in every session—a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure to be "fixed."

"You are not broken. You are not too much or not enough. You are a whole person navigating difficult circumstances, and you deserve compassionate, personalized support."

My approach blends evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. Because while research and training are important, what truly matters is the relationship we build and the trust we cultivate together.
