We'll start by creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest—even when honesty feels scary. There's no pressure to dive deep right away.
We'll set clear expectations and build a therapeutic relationship based on understanding. This is YOUR space.
We'll explore your communication style, triggers, and what brought you to therapy—tailored to you.
Weekly Sessions
Each session starts with a brief check-in about your week. We'll explore what's working, what's challenging, and build practical coping skills together.
Ongoing Growth
My goal is to help you develop the self-awareness and tools to navigate life's challenges independently—with confidence and resilience.

Walking into a room (or logging into a video call) with a stranger and talking about your most vulnerable feelings takes courage. There's no pressure to dive deep right away—we'll start wherever you feel comfortable.

Session Fee: $150 per session
Self-Pay: I provide superbills for out-of-network
